Experimental is an act of living. This is a new step for us, creating the first electro acoustic guitar, we name Star. She’s a Star!
Basic frame is made of mahogany -a wood that we have already work with and have positive feedback- the back plate is made of doussie -a very special wood- and the top of oak, where laser cut create that Star.
Neck is made also with doussie and the fretboard from wenge -another wood that is strong, durable, but it provides high speed playing and good slide. We cut small stars for the inlays too. Nut is handmade from wenge.
Bridge is a Tune-O-matic, made of brass, full adjustable. One humbucker pickup from an old Gibson LP, produce a strong, acid sound. Buttons, keys and pickup cover, are mat gold, completing the picture.
